Our catering partner has been the preferred London caterers at various prestigious venues including The London Building Centre, The Royal Institution of Great Britain, and The Royal Society of Arts. Additionally, they have catered for one off events at venues such as Tower Bridge, The Cabinet War Rooms, Royal Ascot, The Science Museum, The Imperial War Museum, The Natural History Museum, Twickenham Rugby, Windsor Castle and many more major landmark buildings in The City and West End.

FRESH CHICKEN

Chicken is delivered around 4am and cooked daily to order. They ensure they only use British farmed chickens in their kitchen and can provide a Halal option as required.

WHOLE JOINTS OF HAM

Only whole traditional joints of British ham are purchased, and our catering partner has a specialist meat slicing machine which allows the team to provide a high-quality slice of ham at the thickness that is appropriate for the type of bread they are using. We guarantee that our partner’s team only slice the joints of ham on the day the sandwiches are made and not before.

TURKEY

The butterfly turkey breast is also British with no added water or any other additives of any kind. The chefs roast these specialist cuts in their kitchens and cook the turkey breast to order when it is part of a sandwich order request. It is then hand carved on their meat slicer and ready to be used for your sandwiches.

SMOKED SALMON

Our smoked salmon is directly from the fast-flowing waters of Scotland’s west coast.

The salmon are from a lower density fish environment which gives the smoked salmon used a healthier fish environment and a better colouring and means is less ‘fatty’ and ‘oily.’ The process of making their smoked salmon involved a combination of adding salt and then smoking the fish with oak chippings to give a distinct flavour.

FRESH SALMON AND OTHER FISH

Our chefs only use whole fresh sides of salmon so they can fillet the salmon and choose the best cuts. All fish is from reputable supplies who have signed up to the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).

BEEF

All beef sourced by our caterers is British and farm assured. They hand select each joint from their meat supplier to ensure that they provide you with the best quality.

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Our produce supplier sources the best and freshest fruits and vegetables direct from New Covent Garden Market.


OUR PREMISES

The specially designed kitchen and storage areas are equipped with the latest commercial catering equipment. The facilities have three large walk-in fridges and a walk-in freezer (as well as further equipment for chilled and frozen food), plus additional appliances such as a dedicated meat slicer, ice machines, coffee machines, commercial ovens, fryers, and a large commercial dishwasher.

Recent food inspections from Wandsworth Council gave our provider the highest food hygiene rating of five stars.


OUR FLEET

All food is delivered in refrigerated vans and food temperatures are monitored on each delivery.

Our entire fleet is Euro 6 compliant, and our newest vehicles display automatic signals alerting our drivers to change gear and be greener.

Using vehicle tracking systems, we can also tell you exactly where your food is at any time in the delivery process.


HACCAP SYSTEM –

(Simply means our way of ensuring your food is always safe)

Your food is always safe, and our catering partner’s food operating system (HACCAP) is underpinned by the latest digital and online technology.

They have a temperature monitoring system built around sensors, hot and cold food temperature probes and a user-friendly hub offering us 24/7 complete peace of mind and 100% paper free recording and the logging of all their food safety requirements.

Our partner’s digital HACCAP system :-

  • Alert us to any faults in our system or changes in temperature
  • Performs core temperature food checks(hot or cold)
  • Houses all our critical control point checks
  • Tracks and manage our food & safety audits

CLIENT RECYCLING

If your venue has no recycling facility, our partner will take away recyclable materials from your event and dispose of them in a responsible manner. They have their own facilities and arrangements for the recycling of glass and cardboard.

RECYCLABLE, SUSTAINABLE & REUSABLE PACKAGING

We believe that serving great food should not come at the cost of the planet which is why we have phased out all plastic packaging and switched to stylish and sustainable packaging solutions.

We use compostable disposables that are designed to be recycled in an industrial composting facility together with food waste. So, there is no need for sorting, and all the disposable compostable components such as the cup, lid, box, knife, and napkin can all go together without removing sauces or leftovers.

Much of our catering disposables are made from plants, not plastic.

Recycled sugarcane fibre is another practical material we use which keeps heat in but does not trap condensation. Plus, it is renewable and a recycled by-product of the sugar industry.
