We receive requests for special diets - some examples are below:

•  No oil, added salt or sugar
• 1 day only proteins
•  Atkins Diet
• Intolerance to wheat, rye & yoghurt
• Lacto-ovo vegetarian
• No chilli/ No carbs

This is the menu option that ensures your clients get exactly what they want! It will normally consist of an individually plated salad with a fresh fruit accompaniment.
