This meal consists of Grilled Chicken Breast with avocado, fresh herbs, a selection of grilled Mediterranean vegetables all served on a bed of fresh mixed leaves, together with grated carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers. 

Served with a sealed olive oil dressing to the side.
