Our selection consists of 4 main varieties as follows:

Scottish Smoked Salmon with light lemon mayonnaise & Dill

Smoked Cheddar with a Cherry Tomato and Plum Chutney

Hand carved Ham with asparagus and light Dijon mustard

Slow roasted Tomatoes with Basil and sliced Black Olives

In addition to the above, we will also include a selection of some of chef's fillings on the day to increase the variety and choice.

A vegetaria selection is included and we always serve the vegetarian options separately.
