What is this dish?

This is our renowned oriental style shredded duck salad - it is a very popular dish.

Our bowl food menus are an effective and stylish way to feed any numbers of your guests or clients much more informally and without having to sit everyone at dining tables. They are easy to eat, full of flavor and individually garnished all served in a White Rice Bowl (you will need a fork).

How many should I order?

We recommend that you order 1 bowl per person. Ideally, this bowl should be accompanied by other items like finger food, sandwiches etc...

How do I serve?

You don't need to do anything - it works in the same way as a working lunch - simply set out on the table and your clients will help themselves! Alternatively, these can be used as part of conference meeting, canape reception or any informal or formal gathering where our staff can serve - versatile and very tasty!
