Strawberry and Marshmallow Skewers

We take the best British strawberries of the season, wash them carefully and then pierce them with a perspex canape skewer then against a soft marshmallow. The whole dessert is sealed together with rich Belgian chocolate so it can be eaten in one bite. Of course, we drizzle some white Belgian chocolate over the top for extra sweetness.
