Vegan Oriental Bento Box - Tofu, Edamame and Green Beans

Each meal is individually served in a sealed bento style box with a lid.

This meal consists of roasted tofu marinated in an oriental sauce, edamame, green beans,  grated carrots  with mixed leaves, tomatoes, cucumbr and all garnished with coriander. 

Served with a sealed dressing to the side.
