The quiche is made with roasted vegetables and then sliced into neat 'pick me up' slices. It's a special combination of freshly baked roasted vegetables such as roasted red peppers, mushrooms, courgettes and other colourful and seasonal vegetables all mixed together on a delicate short crust pastry and baked on the date of your delivery.
